ARBORIS PRIVACY POLICY
Arboris takes your, and other users’ privacy extremely seriously. The foundation takes five principles that could be seen as the foundation to way to protect your privacy. We value the trust that you place in us by giving us your personal information:
- We greatly value that you, as a donator, supplier, or other stakeholder, make use of our website, and in some instances take the time to share personal information in some cases. We will always make sure, that your personal information will be used in a fair and trustworthy manner.
- You have the right to know what happens with the information collected about you, and how it will be used. We will be fully transparent with you on how we collect information, what we do with it, with what parties information might be shared, and whom you should contact if you have any questions or concerns about your personal information.
- We are always available for questions regarding your personal information, and the use of that within our foundation. We will resolve most questions within 24 hours.

WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLY TO?
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by the Arboris Foundation in connection with the services we offer. This Privacy Policy does not apply to: Information collected by third party websites, platforms and/or applications (“Third Party Sites”) which we do not control; information collected by Third Party Sites which you access via links on Arboris Sites; or banners, sweepstakes and other advertisements or promotions on Third Party Sites that we may sponsor or participate in.

YOUR CONSENT
Arboris does not collect, use or disclose your personal information without your consent. In most cases, we will ask for your consent explicitly but, in some cases, we may infer consent from your actions and behavior. By using a Arboris Site, you are consenting to the relevant Arboris Foundation collecting, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Arboris Foundation has most of its sites designed and are intended to be used by adults..
